
Once the milk is freshly collected from the cow, it’s ready for its exciting transformation
First up: pasteurisation – our milk is combined with fresh cream, sugar, skimmed milk powder and emulsifiers/stabilisers, then it’s given a gentle heat hug that kills any sneaky bacteria, making the mix safe, super fresh and ready for the tasty journey ahead.

Once pasteurised, the mix is rapidly cooled to fridge temperature; this keeps the mix fresh and prevents any unwanted bacteria form making a comeback.
Now it’s cooled, it’s safe and totally ready for the fun part: flavour

FUN FLAVOURS AND CHILLY CHURNING

Next, the milk mix gets a dash of flavour – vanilla, mint, caramel… the flavoured mix is then transferred to a large churn which freezes the mix as it churns, and once it’s frozen down, we add the ripples, chocolate chips and sprinkles.

There’s one more thing to do!
The finished product is then carefully put into the correct containers, then blast frozen to minus 40 degrees, packaged and boxed, and then transferred into our walk-in freezers, ready for delivery.
